Grand Slam 2010: Chris Harris of Links Karate Kai has been selected to represent the England Karate Team at the 2010 International Grand Slam to be held in Dublin City University Dublin Ireland on the 2nd October he will be part of a seven man Team which will take on the National Teams from Ireland-Scotland and -Wales were the top fighters from England will take on the best of the rest.
EKKA would like to wish him the best for his trip.

- British Open 2010: EKKA Karate Team went to the British Open and won numerous medals at the Meadowbank Sports Centre in Edinburgh on the 11th and 12th of September. Over two long days the competition was fierce but EKKA was competitive in every category it entered. The results are as follows:

British Universities Championships: Reisha Hull of the Caribbean Karate Club Ipswich has just competed at the British Universities Championships which was held at Ponds Forge Sheffield on Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th March.
The British University Championships is always a prestigious event Reisha competed in the senior women's -61kg section. But narrowly missing out in the final having to settle for the silver on this occasion congratulations goes to her from all of EKKA.
45th Senior European Championship: Emily Griffiths, Chris Harris and Thomas Canham have been selected to represent England in the forth coming Senior European Championships in Athens Greece which will take place between the 7th - 9th May 2010.
This is a great achievement for EKKA to have three members of its squad selected to represent England at the Championships.
Emily Griffiths Senior Female - 50kg, Chris Harris Senior Male -60kg and Thomas Canham Senior Male -68kg.
EKKA would like to wish them the best of luck at these Championships.

European Cadet & Junior and 2nd Under 21 Years EKF Cup Karate Championship: Chris Harris will once again represent England in the under 21Yrs EKF Cup which will take place between the 5th and 7th of February, where 40 European countries will meet in Izmir Turkey, in 2010.
Chris has now represented England many times as part of the England Squad.
EKKA would like to wish him the best of luck at these Championships.
